Return Policy

  1. Click the “Start Return” button below (returns can be made within 30 days of purchase).
  2. Fill in your order number and email to find your order.
  3. Select the item you want to request, state the reason, and submit online. After submitting your return or refund request, we will notify you via email of the status of your request.

●Returns and Refunds: After we approve your return request, you will receive “Return Details” via email.

  1. After receiving our return instructions, please pack the items to be returned in the original packaging and original labels.

Note: Please include the order number and your email in the return package so that we can quickly process your refund once we receive the item.

  1. After express delivery, please provide the logistics company and tracking number on the refund application page.
  2. After we approve your refund request, the funds will be returned to the original payment method within 1-3 working days after processing.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Please submit a return request within 30 days of purchase.

Return fees

Customer is responsible for shipping, duties and taxes.

However, if the item is incorrect, damaged or defective, we will refund you the cost of postage.

Once the package is received, it usually takes 1-3 business days to process returns. If your item is eligible for a refund, funds will be credited back to the original payment account within 3-5 business days of processing.

Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

① The product has been cleaned;
②Man-made damage;
③ The goods are incomplete, such as hang tags, wash marks being cut off, accessories missing, etc.;
④ The product is stained with foundation, perfume, cigarettes, deodorant, hair, etc., which affects secondary sales;
⑤ Items that are clearly stated as non-returnable at the time of purchase;
⑥ Products that exceed the post-sale service time;
⑦ This delivery note must be sent back together with the returned goods, otherwise no refund will be given. If you do not find the return form in your package, please write your email information and order number on a piece of paper and send it to us.

If any of the above happens, the item will be returned to you at an additional cost.

Note:
If the customer refuses to accept the package without valid reasons, causing us to suffer losses, our refund policy may not provide a full refund, and the specific situation will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

① We do not accept returns that have not been processed and submitted first.
② Please do not return items to the address marked on the package you received.
