If you struggle with feel uncomfortable hot or cold, give this wristband a try. It sends sensations through your wrist that kinda feel like you’ve dipped your hand in cold water, or you’re holding a warm mug (depending on the setting). It makes the rest of your body feel cooler/warmer. It’s an interesting device. Initially used to provide relief for people going through hot flashes because of menopause.
